Chaseion Rodney
Executive Director
Chaseion Rodney is a dedicated administrator and people-centered leader with more than two decades of experience supporting public-sector operations, human resources, and community development. She is highly regarded for her work in health and safety, emergency and disaster preparedness, records and information management, and operational efficiency—always guided by strong ethical standards and a deep respect for people.
Her career began in education as an assistant teacher at the Salvation Army Basic School, where her love for children and commitment to youth development took root. This passion for service has remained central to her professional journey. She later joined Post and Telecommunications as a records officer, gaining valuable experience in human resources, and was seconded to the National Land Agency in 2000, where she supported HR initiatives, staff development, and employee well-being.
Since 2007, Ms. Rodney has served as an administrator at the National Land Agency, coordinating essential support services including personnel, transportation, security, facilities management, and inventory. She oversees building refurbishment projects, manages government records in compliance with statutory requirements, and contributes to cost-efficiency initiatives—always with a focus on accountability, organization, and excellence.
She was born in the parish of Westmoreland and is a graduate of Mannings High School. She later migrated to Kingston and furthered her studies at the University College of the Caribbean, where she obtained a diploma in human resources management. She holds certification in supervisory management, records management, and occupational health and safety obtained from the Management Institute for National Development (MIND) and the University of the West Indies Open Campus.
Ms. Rodney is deeply passionate about leadership, mentorship, and empowering others to reach their full potential. She believes that true leadership is built on influence, compassion, and service—not authority—and she brings that philosophy into every space where she serves.
Bishop Julian Stephenson
Executive Director
Bishop Julian Stephenson is a respected faith-based community leader with a lifelong commitment to youth development, violence prevention, and neighborhood transformation. He serves as Senior Pastor of the Church of God of Woodycrest Avenue in the Bronx and is the founder and president of Eagles Wing Community Outreach Inc., an organization dedicated to uplifting underserved communities through mentorship, service, and outreach.
Bishop Stephenson holds key leadership roles across New York City, including president of the 44th Precinct Clergy Coalition, member of the NYPD Clergy Liaison serving all boroughs, and appointee to Bronx Community Board 4. Through these positions, he works closely with law enforcement, civic leaders, and grassroots organizations to strengthen community trust, promote safety, and create positive pathways for young people.
With over two decades of pastoral and nonprofit leadership, Bishop Stephenson has served as a youth pastor, senior pastor, and mission director. He previously held senior leadership roles at The Bowery Mission, where he supervised staff and provided counseling and support to individuals facing homelessness, addiction, and trauma—experiences that deeply inform his compassion-driven approach to community care.
A passionate advocate for proactive engagement, Bishop Stephenson leads community-based initiatives such as youth basketball tournaments, block parties, prayer walks, and anti-gun-violence marches—efforts that have contributed to measurable reductions in violence and increased youth participation in positive activities. His commitment to global service is reflected in mission work across the Caribbean and Africa.
Bishop Stephenson holds a diploma in theology and pastoral ministries from North Point Bible College and a Bachelor of Science in Church Management from Nyack College. He believes in leadership rooted in service, accountability, and hope, often reminding those he mentors to “keep it vertical, not horizontal”—to remain focused on purpose, integrity, and faith.
Suen Julia Ebanks

Suen Julia Ebanks is a dynamic aviation and human resources professional with over 10 years of experience in customer service excellence, operational leadership, and people development. Based in Montego Bay, Jamaica, she brings a strong commitment to discipline, accountability, and service—values that closely align with the mission of Score High Foundation, Inc.
Currently serving as a Senior Passenger Service Agent at Menzies AJAS, Ms. Ebanks plays a critical role in airline operations, coordinating passenger services, gate activities, and flight readiness while ensuring strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Her work requires calm leadership under pressure, attention to detail, and clear communication—skills she consistently uses to support both teams and travelers.
In addition to her operational role, Ms. Ebanks has hands-on experience in human resources administration, including talent acquisition, employee relations, and workforce engagement initiatives. Her ability to mentor, organize, and empower others reflects her passion for helping individuals reach their full potential—especially young people entering the workforce.
Ms. Ebanks holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of the West Indies and an Associate Degree in Business Studies from Montego Bay Community College, as well as certification in office management. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently pursuing her SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation.
Through her professional experience and community-minded approach, Ms. Ebanks is deeply committed to contributing her skills to initiatives that promote youth development, leadership, education, and opportunity. Clifford Forrester

Clifford Forrester is a transformational technology and business leader with over 20 years of executive experience driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth across complex organizations. He currently serves as Chief Technology Officer at Jackson Lewis P.C., where he leads enterprise technology, cybersecurity, data, and AI-driven initiatives that deliver measurable business and client outcomes.
Mr. Forrester holds an MBA in finance from Syracuse University, equipping him with strong financial stewardship and strategic investment expertise—capabilities he brings directly to nonprofit governance and mission sustainability.
He is the founder and chairman of Score High Foundation, Inc, a mission-driven organization dedicated to empowering underserved youth through education, athletics, leadership development, mentorship, and technology access. Mr. Forrester’s vision is grounded in the belief that exposure, structure, discipline, and positive role models can fundamentally change life trajectories.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Forrester is deeply committed to community upliftment, youth mentorship, and global outreach initiatives, including sports development and scholarship programs. He believes true leadership is measured not by title, but by impact—and through Score High Foundation, Inc, he is building pathways for young people to dream boldly, lead confidently, and score in life.
Lois Williams
Executive Director/CFO
Lois Williams was born in Brooklyn, NY, to Jamaican parents whose journey began in the Caribbean, carried them through England during the early Windrush era, and ultimately led them to the United States in the late 1960s. Shaped by a legacy of migration, resilience, and sacrifice, Ms. Williams carries forward the cultural pride, work ethic, and service-minded spirit instilled by her family.
As the middle child in a household defined by perseverance and faith, Ms. Williams developed a deep sense of responsibility to uplift others—an anointing she attributes to both her heritage and her unwavering faith. She is a proud graduate of Baruch College, where she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, equipping her with strong financial acumen, discipline, and strategic thinking—skills she now brings to mission-driven initiatives and community development efforts.
Ms. Williams is deeply committed to service at St. John’s Parish in Brooklyn, NY, where she faithfully serves as a catechist, Eucharistic minister, lector, and child lures instructor, helping to nurture spiritual growth, moral grounding, and child safety across generations. Her leadership reflects a rare balance of compassion, accountability, and trust—qualities essential to building strong, values-based communities.
Beyond the church, Ms. Williams is passionately dedicated to transforming lives in Jamaica, the land of her roots. She is especially committed to empowering children, expanding access to opportunity, and helping to reshape the narrative for underserved and developing communities. Her work aligns naturally with the mission of the Score High Foundation, Inc, where she brings cultural fluency, financial stewardship, faith-driven leadership, and a deep personal connection to the communities being served. Ms. Williams believes that sustainable impact begins with education, mentorship, and belief—instilling confidence in young people so they can envision and achieve a future greater than their circumstances.
A devoted mother to a daughter born on September 11, 2001, a day forever etched in global history, Ms. Williams understands both the weight of history and the enduring power of hope. This perspective fuels her commitment to legacy-building work—ensuring that the next generation is equipped not only to survive, but to thrive.
Guided by faith, fueled by love, and rooted in service, Ms. Williams lives by the belief that every child’s story can be rewritten for greatness. When she is not serving her community, she finds joy in cooking traditional Jamaican dishes, baking her beloved Black Cake, and sharing stories of her family’s remarkable journey across continents—a reminder that resilience, when paired with purpose, can change lives.

Cordell Forrester
Executive Director
Cordell Forrester is an educator, entrepreneur, and lifelong advocate for young people in Westmoreland, Jamaica.
Born and raised in Savanna-la-Mar, Cordell has spent his career at Grange Hill High School — first as a teacher of Industrial Techniques, and today as Work Experience Teacher, where he prepares students for careers and connects them to opportunity. He holds a Diploma in Metal Work Engineering from the Vocational Training Development Institute (VTDI) and a degree in Guidance and Counselling, qualifications he earned out of the conviction that young people deserve guidance as much as instruction.
Outside the classroom, Cordell is the founder and CEO of Farro Auto Imports and the founder of Fantastic Tours, building both businesses on professionalism, reliability, and service to his community.
A proud father of three, Cordell brings to the board the educator’s patience, the counsellor’s empathy, and the entrepreneur’s discipline — all grounded in deep roots in the community the organization serves.
